Are there any pre-auction sales or early purchase options for items?
Unfortunately, we do not offer pre-auction sales or early purchase options for our items. All items are exclusively available for bidding during our scheduled auctions.
What types of brands are typically featured in your auctions?
Our auctions feature a diverse range of luxury brands, including but not limited to Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Dior, Hermès, Rolex, Gucci, and Prada. We offer a wide selection of items, with a catalog of over 1,000 pieces.
What is the cancellation policy for winning bids?
Please note that there is a 10% cancellation fee for any winning bid that is canceled. This fee applies to all cancellations, including those resulting from accidental bids. 10% of the total successful bid price or RM300.00, whichever is higher.
What is the payment schedule for auction items?
A 10% deposit is required within the time frame stipulated in the Telegram message as of winning the auction. The remaining balance must be paid within 1 week.
Do you offer delivery for my purchases?
Yes, we do provide shipping services to addresses within Malaysia only. We will contact you via WhatsApp after the auction has ended. If you wish to have your item shipped, we will provide a courier fee quotation based on the volumetric weight of the item. Please note that shipping fees cannot be combined with other purchases that are not part of the auction.
Do you offer international shipping?
Overseas delivery, customer are responsible for arranging collection and transportation of the Won Item(s), and Eco Ring shall not provide, prepare, or assist with any documentation required for such shipment.

What is the cancellation policy for winning bids?
A cancellation fee of 10% of the successful bid price of the won item(s) or RM300.00, whichever is higher, will be charged for any canceled winning bid, including cancellations resulting from accidental bids. All applicable penalties must be fully settled before participation in any future auctions is permitted.
What is the payment schedule for auction items?
Full payment must be made within one (1) week after winning the auction. Failure to meet the payment and/or collection deadlines will entitle Eco Ring to release the won item(s) for public sale and forfeit any security deposit paid.
